Where do i get the bus?
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with instruction on how to get to bus terminal along with the pick-up points. if you require to be picked up from those list, please let us know by e-mail, we will change your pick-up point and confirm it for you.
How long before i need to be in bus terminal?
if you are taking the bus from main terminal, you need to arrive the terminal 30 minutes in advance of the departure time.
If you are thinking to be picked up at one of the pick-up point, you will be informed by e-mail of the pick-up time
Why is the price on your website different than the price written on ticket?
We are a travel agent and we are acting as a middle-man between the bus carriers and our clients.
Providing you with those services online doesn't come for free for us either, hence we are charging a small amount of handling fee and the transaction fee which goes directly to paypal and bank in our country. Those fees are NOT written on ticket. .
