Can i cancel my ticket within last 24 hours of departure?
The cancellation is possible untill the last 12 hours of the departure for MOST of the bus companies (MOST!, some of the bus companies might have different terms on different seasons and routes). One of our techinical will inspect your tickets and will get your approval before confirming the cancellation .
Do i get a full refund if my ticket was cancelled successfully?
If your ticket matches our "refund policy & terms" then you will get a full-refund of the ticket price. (Handling Fee & transaction fee is NOT refunable)
